An experienced consultant will take a full job brief providing market advise where appropriate. Using the above methods, they will submit a short list of candidates that meet the specification's, and that have shown a genuine interest in the opportunity.

Retained Recruitment

This service is more appropriate for very specialist or multiple requirements and generally tailored for Senior Manager / Director roles. Similar methods of attracting candidates are applied with an emphasise on providing a more comprehensive service for the client.

We can act as a neutral vendor, liaising with selected third party agencies. You will benefit from one point of contact for all queries and feedback, one central invoicing centre, and consistent rates. We provide the first filter for all applications, making sure that every candidate is of suitable calibre.
