Network Architect (Leading IT Services)
Network Architect / Network Client Lead is required by a leading IT Services firm. As a Network Architect you will be responsible for providing a single technical point of contact and ownership for all network, security services provided to a specific customer. Working closely with the relevant technical specialists within the virtual team environment, the role is to ensure the service provided meets service targets, quality standards and customer requirements.
As a network architect you will have the ability to acquire a detailed understanding of the customer’s technologies and infrastructure and to be the recognised Networks & Security Services (N&SS) technical expert for the customer. You will be a technical escalation point and provide leadership for service incidents, changes, problems and projects.
As a Network Architect you will have a Network CCIE certification or equivalent technical ability and experience. In depth experience and knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching, Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco CSM, SSL offloading, Crossbeam. In addition you will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of managing and delivering successful projects, ideally within an outsourced environment.
