Network Support Engineer / Analyst (3rd line, CCNA, CCNP)
Network Support engineer / specialist is required by a leading IT services company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global and leading company offering you the opportunity to be part of a large scale networking practice who delivers networking services to a variety of blue chip clients both within the public and private sector.
Working out of a large scale data centre you will provide a high level of 3rd line Network Support and will have a technical competence in network technologies including MPLS, Juniper, Brocade, Cisco / Nokia firewalls and Cisco switching / routing. Ideally you will be ITIL certified or have a strong working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem and change management disciples. It goes without saying, strong communication skills are essential.
