Desktop Support Engineer (2nd/3rdLine Support), SC Cleared, Stevenage, 25-30 k.
My client requires a SC Cleared 2nd/3rdLine Desktop Support Engineer. You should have experience of providing Desktop Support to users and be able to solve issues involving hardware and software.
An MSP or MCDST qualification is advantageous and have at least an A-level in an IT related field.
The Desktop Support Engineer will have awareness of ITIL or a qualification in ITIL and ticket management and a strong communicator able to work in a co-ordinated fashion and deliver customer SLA’s.
The Desktop Support Engineer should have knowledge of krypto, Blackberry support and configuration and also Encryption Tools.
